The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing tips on the best places to eat and visit, which made our stay much easier.

However, the air conditioning had no remote control, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially since it was set to 23°C. The shower head was also problematic and not functioning well, making it challenging to take a refreshing shower. While the staff were friendly upon check-in, the service seemed inconsistent during my stay. It would’ve been helpful if the hotel provided complimentary water or basic amenities like an electric kettle, especially given the price point for the room. Honestly, a little upgrade woudl ve been nice—some dessert upon check-in or at least a complimentary bottle of water! But no, just disappointment in every corner.
